TripSmith.tech generates travel suggestions using artificial intelligence. Output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying opening hours, prices, visas, safety, and bookings before you travel.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Automated or excessive requests that strain the service
• Attempting to probe, bypass, or break security controls
• Submitting unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Trying to extract API keys, secrets, or other operators’ data

Limits

The planner applies technical limits (for example message length and roughly 28 days of itinerary) to keep costs and quality predictable. We may adjust limits or availability without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the greater of fifty euros (€50) or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

Third parties

The service relies on infrastructure and AI providers operated by third parties. Their terms and outages may affect TripSmith.tech. This includes analytics and monetization partners (for example Google Analytics, Adsterra, and Travelpayouts) when enabled by your consent.
